24x36 typographic poster titled "Stay Away From Me". For this project, we had the option to choose a typeface to study from and interpret the history of it. Through marker sketching, we then transferred our sketches as type in InDesign. Finally, we were able to choose song lyrics or any other secondary content. I chose the staircase altercation scene in "The Shining", as I was going for a more horror direction.
